All Baked Out!

We've had a busy couple of weeks baking ... and I'm refusing to do anything else until the New Year! Well, apart from cooking Christmas Dinner.

Last week I was busy baking and made 10 dozen muffins and 5 dozen mini Christmas Puds for the Pre-School Nativity Cake Stall. My friend Lisa also made a whole load of yummy flapjacks, fairy cakes, rice crispy bars, biscuits and mince pies. All in all, over £160 was raised for the pre-school which we were both very chuffed about.

This week I made 8 dozen Reindeer cakes for the pre-school Christmas Party. Took the best part of a day as I had to pipe over 200 chocolate antlers. They looked pretty good in the end ... but will not be making any more until this time next year!
